At the playground in a village Layla showed up out of nowhere. She was skinny but in a good spirits, although quite wary of people.
Despite getting food from our friend for weeks, somehow she couldn't put on some weight, she roamed through the village and a male dog was by her side all the time.
afraid that she might be going into season, our friend decided to catch her and bring her home.
Layla became her rescuer's shadow. She follows her rescuer everywhere, can't take the eyes of her.
Not very interested into having fun with dogs but only in cuddles and being close to people.
it is why she is now looking for her home to enjoy in and be showered with love!
Things you should know about Layla
between 2-3 years of age
Mixed breed
12kg
She is the foster home but lives with other dogs in a room adjusted for dogs only
During the day she spends time in the yard, with other fostered and resident dogs with whom she gets along nicely. However, she is a bit wary when another dog is too pushy or quite jumpy. She shows discomfort by getting raised hackles and after only a couple of seconds of sniffing with the dog, she is perfectly fine with it.
she isn't very interested in dogs and into playing with them. Her focus is only her care giver or people in general
so far has been good with toileting but since the travel can have a big impact on dogs, possible toilet accidents are likely to happen
hasn't met the cats
hasn't been around kids since she came to the foster home, although we believe she'd be great with them
she is moderately lively, very affectionate and always in the mood for cuddles and hugs. Enjoys spending time with people so should be a great cuddling buddy on a sofa
averagely active so a couple of walks will be enough
not used on walking on a lead
healthy, fully vaccinated and spayed
