šŸŒ·āļøJUMBOāļøšŸŒ·

Fascinating young boy who once was a well known city chap, going from one part of the town to another until our team member fell in love with him.

He slept in the pile of leaves, at the entrances of buildings, always alert and never with his heart at peace..

When he arrived to his foster home, it took him 3 days to have some decent rest.

Poor guy, he would only go outside for toilet and ran back inside, as if he was afraid he might lose his spot in the house.

Jumbo has joined us in the shelter, where he's had the most wonderful time with a huge pack of dogs ( 43 ) but it isn't a life we want for this young boy.

Things you have to know about Jumbo

  • 1,5 years old

  • mixed breed

  • weighs approx.23-24 kg

  • Street raised him.

Finally heā€™s got a safe place to stay and chill out. But we want him to have a family because he definitely deserves one.

  • placed in a shelter, where he's got 43 mates he can spend the whole day with in a shelter's yard.

  • Fabulous with dogs but also very affectionate with the people, both familiar and unfamiliar. He is one of biggest dogs in the shelter and in spite that he shows nothing but mercy and playfulness. He would never try to dominate others.

  • in his foster home he lived with a 2-y old child with whom he was absolutely brilliant but due to his size weā€™d love him to have dog savvy kids in his surroundings

  • lively & lover of the fuss, active, loves exploring and spending time in the garden.

  • not entirely used to an indoorsy life style and will need him some time to catch up on all the new things that await him but heā€™s one lovely grateful boy and would love to have a spot in his new home

  • not lead trained

  • not toilet trained but somehow he knows he needs to do his toilet needs outside in the garden

  • lived with cats and was a bit curious around them but never showed a violent behaviour

  • Athletic, lovely posture, food orientated so should be easy to train him

  • healthy, fully vaccinated and castrated

How do you adopt Jumbo?

Adoption requires a pre-adoption questionnaire, home check and an adoption contract.

You will need to pay for Jumboā€™s transportation, and pay for the paperwork to get him to you. The costs are typically ā‚¬475 in total, depending on where you are located.

We used to be able to charge a little less but unfortunately, due to brexit, the costs of passports, documentation and travel have been increased by our suppliers.

For more information please contact our facebook page or email misisrescue@gmail.com

To apply for Jumbo please fill in our adoption questionnaire.
