🌏Becky🌏

Becky- boy from a shopping mall.

It is unknown how he just showed up there in mid January. He hid right next to the grocery carts in front of the supermarket.

Our team member couldn’t just watch him there, hiding and starving so she decided to catch him as he was afraid of everyone at the time. With a little bit of luring with food, little bit of chasing, this little man was on his way to the foster home.

Finally had gotten the chance to feel what was like to be in a warm room.

When he became ready to join the shelter we welcomed him with the arms wide open⭐️

Things you should know about Becky

  • Nearly 8-9 months old

  • Mixed breed

  • Around 15kg and is possible to gain another few kilos due to gaining the muscle mass

  • Lives in the shelter, in an enclosure he shares with crazy puppies who he plays with in a same manner- crazy.

  • Loves spending time in the yard with the rest of the dogs of different size and personality with whom he gets along nicely

  • Not house trained

  • Toilet incidents in the house due to stress are likely to happen in the beginning so a guidance is needed as he’s only shortly been inside the house

  • While he was recovering from neutering, he stayed with our team member who has cats. He wasn’t phased by them, was perfect in the new environment, following our team member anywhere she’d go and started bonding easily with her resident dogs

  • Loves people but is a but wary at the very start. In time he lossens up more and more

  • He must’ve met lots of kids while he lived in a shopping mall but we can’t guarantee how he behaves with young children. We would prefer them to be over 10y of age and dog savvy.

  • Active and is always in the move so an outdoorsy family would be a good match to him

  • not used to walking on a lead but should learn it quickly

  • healthy, fully vaccinated and castrated

How do you adopt Becky?

Adoption requires a pre-adoption questionnaire, home check and an adoption contract.

You will need to pay for Becky‘s transportation, and pay for the paperwork to get her to you.

The costs are typically 475 to 650 € in total depending on where you are located and which company is delivering a dog to you.

We used to be able to charge a little less but unfortunately, due to brexit, the costs of passports, documentation and travel have been increased by our suppliers.

For more information please contact our facebook page or email misisrescue@gmail.com
