Rudy is a beautiful, physically healthy dog with a lot of potential.
Unfortunately, he has struggled to thrive in his current environment and despite the owners' efforts, has failed to settle.
He is mostly toilet trained with the odd accident on the very rare occasion. A lot of time has been spent on lead training so he has regular walks twice a day. He can play with his toys from time to time.
Although very well-behaved and has shown absolutely no signs of aggression or destructive tendencies, Rudy is very nervous and even the slightest trigger can upset him.
The owners are committed to working regularly with the behaviourist to help Rudy in the best possible way. The vet and two behaviourists seem to say he would benefit from a home already with a dog with older or no children at all as he can get easily scared with a mid sized garden as he is obviously more used to outdoors from being in the rescue.
Ideally owners with prior hands on experience with dogs would suit him better.

Rudy's story:
Rudy and his siblings were tossed somewhere in one of the factory's surroundings where no one was looking after them.  It was a place already known by an accident that happened to one of our protégé named Laza whose pelvis was shattered when a car hit him. These puppies were in the same danger so they needed  shelter asap. While living in the shelter, Rudy hasd spent months living with more than 40 dogs in one place. He slept in an enclosure for dogs but during the day would go to the yard to play with other dogs and he was just amazing with all of them. Rudy wasn't as shy as his sisters and with some treats involved would start coming close even to the unfamiliar people. With Misi's girls he was just fantastic, he adored getting the attention and cuddles from them.
