MAX (reserved)

He was just a tiny little mouse when he appeared one day on a market alongside to his sister. The pupps were very young and small, totally defenseless yet left there exposed to cars, people and local dogs. They needed rescuing so our teammate scooped them in a grocery bag and broght them home. That night they slept terrified hiding behind the wardrobe.

In the days to come they had become more relaxed and finally joined us to the shelter where they've been living ever since.

This funny looking eared boy is looking for his home!

Things you should know about MAX

  • around 5.5 months old

  • Mixed breed,

  • Around 6-7 kg, should be around 10-15 kg as a fully grown dog

  • Lives in the shelter from the very beginning in a pen with other puppies

  • From the very beginning he was the one who was open and willing to play immediately with people-now as he is older, he has become more reserved to people. Good news is it takes him only a small amount of time to get to know you and then he approaches on his own record for cuddles or treats.

  • he isn't used to home comforts nor is toilet trained, so should need some time to get used to it and learn toileting

  • friendly with kids as well as long as there is a proper introduction

  • Besides his sister who is the tiniest in the shelter, Max also finds different ways to go to other dogs' pen to enjoy some time with them - being small has its advantages :d he comes and goes as he pleases

  • he regularly asks to go outside the pen, and often escapes whenever the door is open -he follows bigger pupps everywhere and is always up for some fun time on a field where he meets other shelter dogs . In interaction with other dogs he is quite submissive and let them do what they please so often he'd spend a good amount of time on his back, poor thing

  • Not tested with cats-honestly can't see the problem here as he is such a friendly little monkey

  • should need some practice with walking on a lead

  • healthy, fully vaccinated

  • castration is mandatory in his new home once she is old enough
